The Academy 4 Wellbeing is a revolutionary Health, Fitness & Weight Loss Retreat, based at The Idyllic Trentham Gardens.
The normal price of £212 for our 1 day Health, Fitness and Weight Loss Course is on offer at £99 in June.
We have allocated a maximum of 20 places per day, on a 1st come 1st served basis. So if you want to start a Journey to a New Fitter, Healthier & Leaner You or simply are interested in Nutrition, Exercise, Psychology and Emotional Wellbeing this is your chance.
The Day's Taster Programmes are laid out in more detail below, which will also bring alive the Amazing Service on offer.
The course consists of pre-course screening, Health Measurements: Hip to waist ratio, Blood Pressure, Resting Heart Rate, Body Composition including % Body fat & Lean Body Mass, Basal Metabolic Rate.
There will be an interactive workshop from our registered dietitian, an interactive workshop on holistic approaches to changing behaviours’ designed by our clinical psychologist and 2 x Physical fitness sessions in and around the idyllic Trentham Estate Italian Gardens, Woodlands and lake. These will be delivered by our Director of Fitness who is a Certified Outdoor Fitness Personal Trainer and qualified Sport, Health & Exercise Science specialist (BSc Hons, CYQ) and his team of fitness specialists that includes and our Director of Physical Wellbeing who also runs his own Physiotherapy Clinic as well as training clients & teaching Clinical Pilates (MCSP, RG & RT, HPC).
The course will include a healthy delicious gourmet lunch at Our Delicious Restaurant overlooking the Trentham Lake and healthy snacks and drinks throughout the day from our Deliteful Wellbeing Menu designed by our consultant Chef Cathryn Matthes , from the USA, who is one of the USA's leading Wellbeing Chefs who has also designed weight loss menus for our very successful international partner Hilton Head Health (SC,USA).
There will also be a workshop to finish where you will receive your very own personal 12 page Health & Weight Loss Profile to take away and detailed health, fitness and weight loss advice from all our health & fitness professionals to help you on planning your next steps.
The whole day will be very informative and educational throughout but most of all Fun!
