Come and join us at the Academy 4 Wellbeing Green Gym with breathtaking views of the Trentham Estate while you exercise.

Join the complete 7 Week Wellbeing Fitness Programme for £35 per person for annual ticket holders only and also receive an optional Clinical body composition measurements at the start and end of the programme, including % Body fat & Lean Body Mass or simply pay £6 per person for each session you wish to attend.

Non-Trentham Annual Ticket holders, can access the Gardens at an additional, reduced rate of £3 per session or can purchase an annual membership by clicking here.

The Academy 4 Wellbeing’s highly professional and fully qualified team will provide you with a variety of fun taster exercise sessions within the Italian Gardens, Woodlands and the Lakeside Amphitheatre including the following fully supervised outdoor and indoor sessions:

  • Outdoor Circuit Training
  • Non-military boot camp
  • Core Stability
  • Yoga
  • Zumba
  • Cardio Boxing
  • Exercise to Music

Where to Meet?

Please meet at the Delicious Tea Rooms in the Italian Gardens at 18:00pm to register in time for an 18:30pm start.

What to bring?

Please come dressed appropriately in sportswear and trainers, ready to exercise outdoors or inside the Amphitheatre, depending on the session you are attending. Please bring your own water bottle and hand towel and be prepared to have some fun.

Who is this for?

For anyone who is interested in getting or keeping fit through a variety of different forms of exercise. The sessions can be tailored to a wide level of physical capabilities where you do what you can and go at your own pace.

To participate fully in all of the physical sessions you will need to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR Q) form prior to the sessions. Please see here and check you are ok to exercise. LINK
